Justine has over 34 years experience in the beauty, holistic, massage & sports industry, having run her own successful business as a hair and beauty therapist, an educator/instructor, assessor, examination officer and Internal verifier from her holistic private beauty room in Lichfield, Staffordshire and Knowle, West Midlands.
Justine has been an Educator for The Eyelash Design Company, London and for Eve Taylor, London. She also holds a number of Quality
Assurance positions for Schools and Academy's across the country.
Justine is an appointed International Examinations Officer for CIBTAC
Awarding Body.
Her Spa background, as an Operation & Project Manager for the De
Vere Hotel Group, has been an advantage, she has also had experience working as
an appointed Recruitment Coordinator Manager for Spa Elite Ltd. Global
Recruitment Specialists in the Spa, Leisure and Aesthetic industry.
In addition, Justine has worked for prestigious companies such as the De
Vere Group of Hotels (Operations and Project Manager), Gerrard's (UK) Ltd (Area
Trainer and Area Sales Executive (Midlands, Wales, South West), Derby Academy
of Hair and Beauty (Beauty Therapy Tutor, Assessor & Internal Verifier),

Justine participated in the World Championships in Massage 2017, in
Copenhagen, Denmark. Justine has now become part of the elite team of massage therapies, Internationally. She continues to up-date her skills within the industry and has recently been nominated as a finalist in the National Hair & Beauty Awards 2019, for
BEST MASSAGE THERAPIST. She continues her journey......
